Annie - I just made my first 2016 batch of Annie's Salsa recipe yesterday. Got 7.5 pints with a little left over for fresh eating. I didn't remember that it took so many tomatoes (25 toms or ~12-13 lbs.) so I was cutting it close on having enough fully ripe ones and had to throw in a few dozen Sungold cherries to boot. I picked another 3 dozen over the weekend so I already have enough to make another batch next weekend.

Thanks for the kind remarks! It was hard work but oh so yummy! That is the blue ball spicy salsa recipe. I made 4 batches. Dave I don't know what tomatoes. It was some I bought from the farmers market.
