My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

How was the floor designed to support the cutout and weight of the car? I'm assuming rebar was needed but any other details are greatly appreciated. Thanks

    this was a new home, so we dug out the area so we could pour the needed depth of concrete, then formed up the area for the lift. Each lift has it's own requirements, so once you select the one you want, then ck the install instructions.
