I really admire your style and aesthetic. I have a quick question about this kitchen. Similar to this kitchen, we have a low window in our kitchen (UWS pre-war) that is also in a corner. I am struggling trying to figure out how to handle if/when we renovate. Right now, it is just dead space and prevents us from using a large amount of wallspace for cabinets / storage. Does the counter and cabinet in this kitchen go all the way to the window (covering part of it)? Or is there a space that permits access to the window? Thanks for any advice!

Typical NYC problem. This counter does go all the way to the window opening however the sill of the window is approximately 8" deep leaving enough room to access the window. Often, we must dip the counter down at the window in order to get access to the window opening.
