I like the second picture of the 3 you posted. Could you try arranging them with a narrow painting on either side of the larger one? I think hanging your arrangement lower on the wall would look better.

I also like the second photo, and agree they group should be so it's about 5-6 inches above the sofa.

Thank you so much for all comments! What is good practice for art level? This sofa is very low. Ceiling is 10' and middle of art is at 62" I feel it is on my eyes level. I didn't have wholes yet for small art on both sides but here is example.

i like your art, but its rather small (top to bottom) for the space. larger paintings could be both lower and fill more of the wall.

but for these, yes center them over the sofa.

I like option 2, 3-4 inches lower on the wall more centered over the sofa. I know you have a light fixture in the corner, but I think a tropical plant/tree a little over from the corner would be nice. It would do away with the need for additional art, and complement the paintings.

I appreciate all inputs. Not sure why but I think art look smaller on the phone camera pictures. Frame are 24" tall and 64" wide with 2 smaller one close. Couch is 74". I am thinking with larger couch (hopefully soon) 64" would be well in 75% of couch. Sorry I am math major.... Also how much lower it need to go? I got 5-6 inches above sofa (can't be right) to just lower it by 3 inches ( sounds better).

I always wonder about that eye level thing because for me at 5 ft tall I say a picture looks good n then someone comes in n they r 6 ft n think it's to low. Lol.

Whatever u decide make sure its a little lower since it will be easier to just raise the pic up without touching any nail holes up. That what I did, mine is about 7 or 8 inches above top of couch. My pic is 30 in tall by 60 in wide. Hope that helps. :).

I also would try n center the three pcs more with the couch. Or else put something on the other side of couch to balance it more with the lamp side

One of the reasons why some people suggest lowering art, that is over a sofa, is so the frames will not appear to be floating in the middle of the wall. Lowering it will anchor it to the sofa so it will not appear to be floating on its own.

Go with 2nd arrangement! Regarding placement, I believe you should allow more space between the painting and the ceiling and then a bit small spacing between the sofa and the painting. Good luck!
