My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I have a dining area,that is open to the living room. I have a flush light fixture that is off center,and I have a soffit halve way in my area. Any ideas for lighting? With out having to swag. I hate swag look.
