Is this Poa?

Whats up everyone, first time posting here and I need some guidance. I live in CT and the majority of my lawn is KBG. I love my grass but my wife is getting on my case about these dreadful light green patches. Can someone confirm if it's Poa Annua or Trivialis, or is it a completely different grass all together? I can pull the grass up extremely easily, roots and all. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks, Dan

What type of grass is it? I only use high quality Lesco seed HOWEVER, I do use Scotts Patch Master to fix dead spots from where my dog digs. Should I just rip this grass out and overseed with my LESCO instead. Thanks man

Can you take a closer picture of on of the patches, take it as close as you can. Also, the pictures are very small and some are fuzzy for some reason.

Yea I had to compress the originals in order to attach, here's a couple of the closeups in "original" format.... if these still don't work I'll go home tonight and take new pictures closer. The last picture is what comes up in the spring, notice the seed heads (picture was taken in May)
