White caesarstone countertops pros and cons

I love all of the white kitchen countertop designs I'm seeing on Houzz, but I'm wondering if they are difficult to maintain? I'm wondering if anyone has advice or experience with upkeep of white engineered stone? Does it tend to get / look dirty? Thank you.
