Switch the swing on the entry door so it rests on the side of the final closet. Do a chunky rough hewn beam type front on a new shelf at the top of the door across the end of the room . .at the depth of the closet space and add deep baskets for out of season storage to the top. Do frosted glass doors to match the entry door as french doors on the built in / drywalled closet facing the shower room. This doesn't seem to leave enough room for a real bed. If that is the case, consider single closets on the headboard wall at each side of the bed where you need walking space / making the bed space .. then you can use them to hang some plug in sconces above the bed and add shallow shelves on the bed side of each as a bedside table for a drink or book, clock, etc. The Petersiks did something like this in their first house .. let me find you the link.
