I am trying to get a table and chairs to fit in with my dining kitchen area. We are purchasing an extendable dining table so we can seat all our extended family. The rest of the time the table at its smallest is about the same size as the kitchen island. I was thinking to get a dark timber table to match in with the brown wood tones of the kitchen cabinetry and I would really like to use these chairs shown in photo. The wood of the chair has got reddy tones. Which way do i go for table stain colour? I dont really want a table that looks red.
