we are using Dekton in many cases. The Material is almost perfect. No pores, heat-proof, no scratches because dekton is harder than steel.

You can choose a range of interesting colors, plain colored too. You need not to fear for example a white worktop.

The only thing is, if you like to have the glossy surfaces - they have the same features - but you´ll see every fingerprint, every stain. That means you have to clean the worktop more often. Therfore most of my clients are choosing the matt surfaces.

Did you decide to go with the xgloss? If so, how do you like it so far? I am also considering it in my kitchen.
