I recently picked out an apron sink for our kitchen remodel. My contact at Ferguson plumbing suggested a Kohler Whitehaven apron over the Rohl one. She said that the Kohler is much more forgiving with installation where the apron meets the cabinet. I don't have any info or opinion on the Rohl faucets...good luck!

I have 2 Rohl faucets in my kitchen--one is a high-arc one-handle with pulldown spray, and the other is a tri-flow with a filter for cold water. They are very well-made and I purchased them through a trade showroom so they were not much more expensive than any other faucets I was considering. If you find them too pricey, then see if you can find the style you like in Moen or Kohler. Just don't buy them in the big box stores, or worse, online--get them through a reputable source. Your contractor probably has a relationship with a good plumbing supply house and can get you a contractor discount.

I also really like my Kohler Whitehaven. There is a short apron and regular apron style. The short apron fits on a standard sink base and since I was not changing my cabinetry I went with that style. It also comes in one or two bowls and many colors.
