hi, yes we added a small deck to our second story master bedroom. we took out a window and added a slider. sorry, i have neither cost (it was part of a large project) nor photo, just looked couldnt find the folder.

but i can attest to its great, it really opened up our bedroom. we cantilevered it over the support posts so that it could be larger without the posts being so intrusive into the back yard.

make sure you lay out what furniture you want on your balcony before you decide on size. no sense having it not large enough for what you want to put on it.
