Will beneficial nematodes kill all the micro organisms and bugs

I've been using compost and CGM on my lawn for two years now and I've noticed a world of difference since my lawn is green and lush. Recently some areas turned brown/gold and I'm pretty sure it's fungus because I didn't find any grubs when I did some digging. My question is will adding beneficial nematodes ruin my efforts to introduce good micro organisms and bugs to my lawn via the compost and corn meal that I've been adding?

The simple answer is no. Nematodes, both good and bad, are a normal part of the Soil Food Web and share that environment with many other members of the group.
