Greige ( Gray Beige ) Color Advice Help Needed

Got the greige thing going on with my entire first floor renovation. Posted my materials and room pictures below and need YOUR EXPERT help with two issues.

1) Need a POP of some color, black(?) to go with all these neutrals. Will use this pop in accessories, perhaps pull it from the rug or pillows or a nice bright ceramic pot.

2) Need to decide on wall color: Benjamin Moore HARBOR GRAY, a true light gray or REVERE PEWTER (a greige). Pewter is warm but kind of boring? Gray seems a little too cool? HELP!

Kitchen materials are on the right side of the photo, Living Room couch and chairs on the left. New kitchen cabinets are Irish Cream (very light greige), large Island is distressed stained alder (bottom right), gray marble leathered countertops and the bold backsplash of Spanish Ceramic patterned tile. Floors are dark graphite brown/gray. It's a townhouse with one open kitchen, dinning and living room all visible from each of the three areas. One living room wall near the fireplace will be wall to wall white entertainment center. Living room floor will have a large rug. All will have white crown. Fireplace is rectified honed marble. This is so much fun but TOO MANY DECISIONS for this non-designer. Cost matters - doesn't it always?

Would love some advice on 1 & 2 above. Please ignore all current colors on the walls. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!
