Hi there, thanks for your question! We'd be happy to assist you :) The Lexington Reversible Chaise Sofa is one of our most popular pieces at Apt2B these days and is expertly built to last right here in the USA!

While there is no official warranty document that can be shared through this medium, we're always happy to provide any documentation along with a customer's order so please feel free to request it once placing one! For your reference, here is the great warranty that we offer on our handmade sofas and sectionals:

-100% Satisfaction Guarantee at the time of delivery

-Lifetime Guarantee on Solid Wood Frame

-Lifetime Guarantee on all workmanship (seams, buttons, etc.)

-2 Year Guarantee on high density foam cushioning

Hope that helps! I'll also point out that the Mountain Grey fabric (along with our Biloxi Blue and Charcoal fabrics) are currently part of our Express Ship offerings meaning once ordered, they will ship out within a few short days. Our other fabric offerings are made to order as well and only take about 2-3 weeks in production but we're glad to offer 3 fabrics with a super speedy production time :)

If you have any other thoughts or follow up questions, please feel free to reply all to this comment thread and we'd be happy to continue to assist you!
