Hello im going to reseed in the fall. As you can see i have mostly a tall fescue lawn. A few people told me not to go with a tall fescue blend this fall and instead go with a 3 way or 4 way tall fescue that has 10% kbg this way not only does it look nicer,,more textured and manicured look,but i wont have to reseed each year since the kbg will repair itself! Is this true?

From looking at this picture from my front lawn you see i dont have to reseed that much. So will the kbg even make much of difference if i only have to reseed maybe 10 percent of my lawn? Will it be noticeable?

So the blend of fescue and kbg or just stay with a newer tall turf fescue blend since that will match my lawn more accurately .
