It's White Pine wide plank flooring with a pickle finish (White Minwax) plus a clear satin acrylic finish. This finish gives a contemporay feel to the traditonal pine flooring which typically would have a amber colored finish. White Pine is a soft wood so this is a delicate flooring and finish.
