The layout is good. I recommend a much larger rug that fits properly. Choose one that covers the floor up to about 12-15" from the room perimeter. It should allow you room to walk on from both sides of the bed. It'll make the biggest impact and considerably warm up the space. Also, a longer dresser would be better scaled for the wall it's currently placed. Artwork is a must. You have a big and interesting window. So bringing more focus there might be nice to see. Maybe a built-in/integrated bench seat with a cushion in the window nook? However, from the photos, the room doesn't appear to have enough space to comfortably fit a pullout loveseat.
