Gold flecking can have many causes, but it doesn't make the fruit unsafe to eat. Some causes can change texture or taste of the fruit, though. EDITED TO ADD: If the fruit is sticky, the top suspect is sucking insects.

I'm guessing that plant is a determinate microdwarf, so you're not really invested in keeping it alive much longer?

Thank you! Yeah we're not worried about keeping it alive at this point. Just wanted to know if we would be able to eat the remaining fruits.

I can't guarantee that the fruit will taste as it should, but it should be perfectly safe. You may find rotten spots inside if mold has entered through pest damage, so I might slice the fruit in half to check first. And some of those sunken pinprick looking marks look like damage from mature stinkbugs, which can leave a little corky spot inside the tomato. Not harmful--just not exactly delicious.
