Tuscan Hills doesn't sell decorative hardware. However, that to me looks like an antiqued bronze style bar pull. I can try to reach out to the client and see if she remembers where she got them, but the style is very commonplace. Most hardware providers will have an antiqued bronze color across their range of bar styles.
