If you love the wood tile look then I would choose a different quartz, one without so much movement so it doesn't conflict with the wood grain. I am not a huge fan of the marble with the wood look.

If you are willing to change the tile than I would go with Cinq - Surface Art in the grey. I have recommended it to a lot of customers and they love it.

The 2" x 2" tile could be for your shower floor (unless you're doing a fiberglass bottom)

For the mosaic if you went with something like the cinq tile I recommend:

I think the things you have selected are great together color wise. For a master bath, it is neutral and attractive and the materials look high end. The wall color will need to be warmer than stonington gray though . . test bm light pewter.
