My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

It says there are no returns internationally, but what if the product arrives damaged?

    Hi there! Although we have many products that do ship to Canada, this particular item is only available to be shipped within the continental United States. You can find shipping details listed in the product specifications on the lower, right-hand side of the product listing. Additionally, you can use the facets on the left side of each page, to see only items that ship to Canada.

    Should an item arrive damaged, a replacement can be sent. Hope this helps in the future!
