Amish Cucumber Relish with a Twist

I made this recipe last year and have misplaced it. I for the life of me can't remember if the twist came from a wee bit of horseradish or hot pepper, would anyone have the recipe or tell me if it is even possible to add a titch of horseradish to a relish. Thank you.

There's a recipe in Ball for "Zesty Zucchini Relish" which has 3T of horseradish. Don't know about subbing cucumbers?

Don't know the recipe but would bet it is horseradish as that is a fairly common addition to hot relish recipes. Yes you can sub zukes for cukes as long as none of the ingredients amounts are changed.
