you'll be ok selling it now. in 5-10 years its a coin flip.

I love in the desert and the gravel tracked into my house and water from the pool has damaged my wood floors. I wish I had chosen tile. I have a deep terracotta colored porcelain tile in the office and wish I'd carried it through the great room but I wouldn't turn up my nose at faux wood time either.

I don't care what anyone says ... it looks great and it wears really well. I hate real hardwood floors, total PITA (pain in the a**).

Wood look tile limits other flooring options. It never looks good next to real wood (or laminate ). And it looks funky next to stone look tile . All it works with is carpet and more of the same wood look tile. I can't stand it. I would use large format porcelain tile.

We paired it with travertine entry and fireplace, I think it looks great. (Not funky, haha!) Here are a few pics. This is a rental property now, and these floors are awesome!

I love porcelain wood look tile for your particular situation, but keep in mind it is very expensive to install it. Maybe not what fits your budget for a flip.
