Is this light LED?

My contractor said that I need to get all LED lights for interior.

You can always put LED bulbs into any light fixture; this one included. Thanks for your interest!

Ok, so is the actual pendant LED? My contractor said the fixture and the bulb is required LED per code.

Hello,

If a fixture is LED then its fully integrated, meaning the bulb is part of the fixture. This is not that type of fixture. However, there are not many fixtures that are. I would be surprised if your jurisdiction is calling for all fully integrated LED fixtures per code. I'd be happy to call them and ask.
