My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    How deep are the base and upper cabinets? Also, does the cabinet door under the sink pullout to reveal a trash can?

    Base cabinets and high uppers are standard 24" depth, with uppers at standard 12" depth. Cabinet under sink has a swing door with an open cavity inside to allow for plumbing. Garbage could be located there as well.
