Hey guys. So long time Houzz follower. Love everyones help on here!

I'm delving into a bathroom remodel at my first home. It's got a country/rustic feel, set on Lookout Mountain in the woods overlooking Chattanooga. It's been a long road getting the house how I've wanted as I had to buy a fixer upper to be able to afford to live here.

So. Here is where I am. I wanted to do something with maybe a natural rough cut wood look as far as a vanity goes, and then just utilize the rest of the space as best I can. It is SMALL i know.. so any tricks would be great.
