Yes, some of these are weeds. I don't know which treatment to use, because I don't know what type of grass this is.

Where are you locate (city/state)? A better location is really helpful. What type of lawn do you want (bermuda, TTTF, KGB)? I see bermuda in those pictures, so I hope you want a bermuda lawn. Many people consider bermuda a weed, I did once. Now I have a complete bermuda lawn and am very happy with it. If you want a bermuda lawn kill all the weeds without kill the bermuda will not be difficult.

Because of temperature restrictions, Celsius is one of the favorite herbicides of folks with southern lawns. It kills most weeds and can be applied in temps > 85, unlike most other herbicides.

If you want a law other than bermuda then you are probably looking at a complete renovation (killing everything and starting over). Or +2 years of trying to selectively kill the weeds and bermuda while promoting the growth of another type of grass.

I am in Central Alabama. Bermuda is fine with me. I just didn't know what I had before, so I didn't know what to use. I had narrowed it down to Bermuda or St Augustine, but couldn't figure out which I had. Thanks Hawksster. Any other advice you have is definitely appreciated.

2nd to last photo looks like nutsedge, you'll need a different product for it. Image kills nutsedge, sedgehammer, bonide sedge ender...
