Please join us for the 9th annual NC pawpaw festival which will be held Saturday August the 27th from 10 - 1 at 1450 Fairchild rd in Winston-Salem, NC. This is a free event and food all made with pawpaw will be available as long as it lasts. Vendors will be selling pawpaw fruit and trees as well as other edible and ornamental plants. Chef and cookbook author Sara Bir from Marietta, Ohio will be joining us and lecturing. Pawpaw orchard tours will given and a local chef will be giving cooking demonstrations. Children can learn about local butterflies. Please join us!
