Front door question

Hi everyone,

We just replaced our front door and I'm trying to decide whether to put glass on each side of it or to just stone it like the rest of the house. You can see the inside and outside view of the door in the pictures. We don't have a lot of space so it would just be 8" of glass, and we don't want somebody to be able to squeeze through anyways. If we decide to do this we'll probably have to frame them in with some sort of trim, maybe matching the door? Also, the glass can't go all the way up to the height of the door because we can't move the wood above them (I marked this on the picture). We are also thinking about stoning around the door on the inside and frame the door that way and create an accent wall. So if we didn't add glass we would stone the exposed wood part. If we add glass it'll be around the glass and on the top. What do you guys think? Should we just stone it and be done with it or would it look nicer to add the glass on each side, and if so how would you frame them to separate them from the door? Thanks!
