My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Are these chaises still going strong?

    3-4 years and still going strong :)

    For the most part it's usually the covers that will probably need changing a little bit more frequently, otherwise the structure's good - the Kivik is one of the sturdier models from IKEA.
