I can't tell exactly how much room you have there, but if you can push your love seat back about a foot or so, covering the outlet, and put the end table between the love seat and the wall, it would make a nicer grouping - but only if you still have room to walk between the love seat and the sofa. You could then keep your tv angled in the corner, or put it flat on the back wall. Make sure you have the room arranged before you decide on your wall. You could just move the shelves down to eye level, but I think a large piece of art would give you some color and interest in the room.

what is to the left of the picture? I am thinking maybe a console table behind the couch, with maybe a plant or two on it, to add some green and help further divide the space? Then that would divide the wall space as well.

Pull the loveseat back as far as the wall plug and hang the t v on the wall. Spend a bit of money and have the railing for stairs made into a half wall. Then sofa will look okay.

You should consider than anyway, because it will make that area more of a room.

Most homes with your style have put the TV at an angel on the other side of the window with sofa against the wall and love seat basically where it is but creating an L shape. Yes, they are too big for the space.

If you have to leave in this configuration, pull back the love seat to at least the plug-this should allow you to actually use the end table against the wall with the lamp. Find a large piece of canvas art. Bottom of art would be about where bottom of TV is. If you rehang shelf, do so much lower. You want the center to be just at or above eye level depending on how tall you are.

Next time measure room and take pictures. Most sales people will be able to help you determine if what you want will fit in your room.
