The entry way is very closed off and I would like to open it up. I would like to remove the wall between the entryway and dining room but I don't want it to feel like one big room. Creating an oversized passageway is an option, with the header being the same height as the other two doorways. But I'm having trouble visualizing what the 3 framed doorways would look like adjoined. The existing 2 doorways meet at an angle. Any advice or other options? Maybe a column? Or just take the wall and headers and existing two door frames down completely?
