Kitchen remodel

This kitchen contains several elements that I would like to incorporate in my new kitchen. The materials are very similar to what I have picked out, but I am second guessing some of the materials (Caesar stone vs. Granite / Thin Brick vs. Tile to look like brick). Would appreciate info on the stone over the stove, the backsplash material and the 2 different counters. Thank you!
