My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Missed calculated Panels need to be 9 feet finished 6 of them so 18 yes plus two king pillow shams. Can leave off shams if no enough fabric is available

    Hi, thanks for getting back. We have 30 yards remaining. The price is $62 per yard. So the total price will be $1860. The fabric is 53" fixed width. The width of embroidered parts is 49".
