I'd look carefully for some kind of worm(s) on the plants. Look very carefully because sometimes they can blend right in with the plant and are hard to see. Might even be a tomato hornworm based on the severe foilage consumption.

I'm having a bit of a problem with army worms myself right now.

Hornworms! Look for scat, but more than that, look for BIG hornworms!

Agree, that looks like hornworm damage. Looks like a big one. Although they can get huge, they're remarkably difficult to see.

I was going to say "Rats". But changed my mind to some kind of worm. That is because the tomatoes are eaten from the underside. Rat cannot do that.

Yeah, it gotta be a big one to eat that much in one sitting.

I initially thought rodent, too, but then I noticed the defoliation, Sey. Classic hornworm defoliation. Also, the smooth edges on the fruit damage. Rodents aren't that smooth.

Definitely caterpillar/hornworm by looking at the foliage damage. Sometimes you can find the caterpillars on the underside of a leave that's kind of folded over.
