My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Comments from designer show """The floors are Loblolly Pine from salvaged beams that came out of a 100 year old warehouse roof. We had them milled into the tongue and groove flooring as well as the stair treads and handrail and the ceiling material in the bedrooms.
    The beams were 14" by 18", and there was still sap at the center!""""
