Looks like 2-needle bundles. If so, not Pitch pine. So, I can't say.

I'm thinking a fairly old Pinus densiflora

Bark and cones would fit that one.

If not P. sylvestris, wouldn't it almost have to be P. densiflora?

My vote goes to P. sylvestris.

Pinus echinata ?

So, Pinus densiflora (Japanese Red Pine)?

Well, here's some more pics of this one, in case that helps?

I'm thinking Pinus densiflora because it looks like one.

And they don't call it red pine for nothing. Look at the bark.

Pinus densiflora are well possible.

The mature bark doesn't look right for Pinus resinosa. nor the entire tree in general for that matter.

Not Pinus sylvestris either.

Both said trees I've been around a lot.
