Why does houzz consume so much space on my iPad?

My usage says houzz is using over 10G of space. I only have 2 ideabooks. Is it those pictures? Thanks.

For reasons I cannot fathom, I find uninstalling and reinstalling the app frees up space, so you might want to try that.

That seems to be large, I have about 15 Ideabooks & mine is only 15 mg. I was over here trying to find out why my photos won't load. Might be IOS 10, which as I understand has many bugs. The "Apple" solution is to RESET, I'm not willing to do that.

Hi there, Try opening safari on your device and typing houzz://reset and follow the prompts to reset the app. Hope that helps!

I just received a message from Apple Support today, they say upgrading to iOS 10 resolve. I found it did & all the apps will work better.

(PS, I was unwilling to d/l 10 when I wrote previous messages. Go figure, changes.)

Hi, update...all better now. I ended up deleting the houzz app. When I went to reload it said I had to load iOS 10. Grrr. So I loaded 10, and surprisingly it went fine. Then I reloaded houzz app and now its only taking up 179 MG! Weird. Thanks for the suggestions.
