Door didn't ship accurately

This door shipped 2 inches shorten then 3'. I have gaps in my build door space. Also, the door didn't come finished with a protective coating (Polyurethane?). It came only stained. That's just poor quality. ESPECIALLY for a $800 door. Very disappointed and need a remedy. Remodel was finished when door finally came, and to be 2" short is just unacceptable.

Hello James, I apologize for the mishap. I can have a replacement door out to you in 2-3 weeks. Standard, these doors don't come with a poly coat on them, but to remedy the situation, I can have that done for you.
