Fan and Heater

This one is 1500w but I really like it. Broan QTX110HL White 110 CFM 0.9 Sone Ceiling Mounted HVI Certified Bath Fan. My bath is on the north wall of our house with a tile floor and is very chilly in winter. (Ok, this is "chilly" in Phoenix AZ so not like our NM mountain house where it gets -18 in the winter but still, yes, chilly lol.) I use the heater for the 5-10 minutes in the bathroom while organizing/waking up to shower. I turn it off before getting into the shower as I'm warm after showering. Before the fan, this bath had a lot of condensation unless I opened the window and door, which wasn't fun even in PHX's winter, and now there's no condensation whatsoever and it's very quiet. I like having the brighter light for showering (otherwise only a light over the vanity) and I've been surprised at how much I use the nightlight feature.

I do recommend getting the special switch from Broan so there's dedicated switches for lights (toggle one way for nightlight, other way for full light), fan, and heater. Makes it easy to remember what switch does what.

The heater is noisy, though, far noisier than the fan but worth it to get the heat.
