I'm a new grower, so I feel I might just be paranoid but here's what's going on with my trees. Btw I'm located in broward county Coral Springs/ Margate

I have a Haden, Nam Doc Mai, and a Graham tree. I have given them "Marine Cuisine" by fox farm, a controlled release 10-7-7 fert with organic and synthetic ingredients, also worm castings and organic garden soils. They were all in ground for about 3 months before I applied fertilizer.

the Haden so far seems to be the less troubled but is the youngest plant.

Now the Nam Doc seems to be the most vigorous grower of them all. I noticed it had a "birth mark" on a new shoot and that new shoots leaves looked either burnt or attacked days later. It shot out 3-4 new growths, and now another 4 shoots lol. What are these things under its older leaves? (Bottom pic) the older leaves looks sickly and diseased, while everything above its OG leaves looks good and has no more symptoms of burn on new growth.

Ok on to the Graham, the slowest grower of them all. I bought this plant because the fruit tastes exceptional to me, and it is claimed to be a compact grower, with good disease resistance. When I bought it, it looked like the nursery had been topping it to get it to branch out which I was fine with. It's suffering from weird leaf discolation in the lower half and is having some odd bark issues as well. It has new growth but the new growth is no where near as explosive as Haden and Nam Doc. In fact it's new growth looks like small green nubs popping up everywhere lol.
