Hello, there is a big, bare patch of lawn in my front yard that needs to be seeded in the next week or 2 and going to overseed the rest of the lawn as well. I bought some seed and the person at the store recommended Greenview Grass Seed Accelerator. They said to spread this on top of the seed to help it germinate (and keep the birds away). I was planning on putting down Scott's Winterguard as well but does the Greenview Accelerator take care of this? Is is redundant to put down both? Should I add the Greenview to the bare patch and simply put the Winterguard down on the rest of the lawn? Any advice you can give would be appreciated,
