Thought I'd share with you guys. This is my back yard Reno. MA zone 5. 12,000 sqft ish. SSS KBG blend for seed, lesco starter. RU kill, scalped and then I rented a slice seeder to rough up and level out the top surface. Let's pray for some rain help!! Used about 30# of seed as I expect some decent failure given the drought. Oh yeah, I subscribe to "The book of Morpheuspa" :)
