My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The siding that was used in this project is Wood siding - V-joint Spruce.

    I do have another question....what is the black coloured exterior material? Also you mentioned above that spruce is the wood - what is it treated with?

    The black material is aluminum capping. We will have to verify the product used for the wood treatment.
