Take your question to the Citrus Forum, but with more information.....your location, is the tree container grown, what's the soil/potting mix like, your fertilization and watering practices.

Probably a navel orange. The fruits often split as shown in your image.

It appears that one branch is off-color. Have you checked at the lowest point for possible cracks, chewing, or other damage?

Thanks Jean, There is no cracks or damage. Even last year , other side was yellow and this year it turned to this side.
