There are franchise junk haulers. You buy in like any franchise, and get the national name and 800 number.

That's a good question. I wonder if you need special licensing for certain types of stuff.

Collecting junk is easy enough, back up a truck and load it. Getting rid of the junk is another question and you would want to investigate what the local landfill is going to charge and limitations on the materials they will accept.
