Loving these floors.

Old barnsiding? New solid wood? manufactured? What is the finish? I'm looking for materials that will hold up against heavy traffic in a rental near the beach. Thank you.

Thanks for your question. This is full thickness, reclaimed, random width, quarter sawn hardwood. We would recommend going with many of the engineered products made to look reclaimed. Please keep in mind that the wider the width the more movement you will have with beachfront humidity.
