My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The picture clearly shows 2 shelves but the information says it "features One adjustable shelf". Are there 2 shelves but only one is adjustable or is there only 1 shelf?

    The assembly instructions states one fixed shelf and one adjustable shelf for a total of two
