Is it 30" wide with the countertop?

Is the countertop flush with the cabinet so it's 30" wide or does the countertop hang over the cabinet making it wider?

    Is there a front view diagram similar to top and back diagrams above? Need to know exact height of the shelf, and depth of the drawer, to make sure this unit will work around our plumbing. Thank you.
